Otto Michael Finger III, 67, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of McClure, Illinois, passed away Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at McClure Baptist Church in McClure. McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
