ANNA, Ill. -- Opal Moore Farmer, 83, of Anna died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at her home.
She was born March 12, 1911, in Johnson County in Illinois, the daughter of Herb L. and Ida Isom Miller.
She was a member of the West Eden Methodist Church at Cypress and attended the Anna Church of the Nazarene.
She was preceded in death by husbands Don Mowery and Clyde Moore. She later married Troy Farmer. He survives.
She is also survived by two sisters, Emma McCormick of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Lillian Miller of Chicago; four brothers, Robert Miller of Paducah, Ky., Clinton Miller of Buncombe, Ill., John Miller of Atascadero, Calif., and A.D. Miller of Stockton, Calif.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Marion Mosley officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Cypress.
Friends may call Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday until the funeral service at the Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
