ORAN -- Funeral service for Opal Mae Bradshaw of Oran will be held at 1 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Morehouse. The Rev. Gary Teague will officiate, with burial in Essex Cemetery at Essex.

Bradshaw, 74, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 1996, at Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston.

She was born March 15, 1921, in Canalou, daughter of James Wesley and Delia Jane Carson Wood.

Formerly of Morehouse and Sikeston, she had resided in Oran the past 15 years. She was a member of Life Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church and VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, Joe Bradshaw of Sikeston, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
