ANNA, Ill. -- Opal W. Kelley, 89, of Anna died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004, at the Union County Hospital at Anna. She was born Sept. 10, 1915, in Union County, Ill., daughter of Julious and Ethel Lasley Hartline. She and Jack R. Cruse were married May 10, 1935. He died May 13, 1945. She and Truman O. Williams were married in 1975. He died in 1978. She and Edward J. Kelley were married in 1979. He died April 16, 2002...

ANNA, Ill. -- Opal W. Kelley, 89, of Anna died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004, at the Union County Hospital at Anna.

She was born Sept. 10, 1915, in Union County, Ill., daughter of Julious and Ethel Lasley Hartline. She and Jack R. Cruse were married May 10, 1935. He died May 13, 1945. She and Truman O. Williams were married in 1975. He died in 1978. She and Edward J. Kelley were married in 1979. He died April 16, 2002.

Kelley was employed at a shoe factory for several years.

Survivors include a stepson, Carrol Kelley of Valparaiso, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Kaylin Kostelnik of Valparaiso; and two brothers, Raymond Hartline of Anna, Irvin Hartline of Dowell, Ill.

She was preceded in death by five sisters.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hileman Funeral Home at Jonesboro, Ill.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
