Opal Frymire
Opal Irene Frymire, 79, of Marquand, Mo., died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 6, 1929, in Grassy, Mo., daughter of Jasper and Iva James Robbins. She and Albert Frymire were married Feb. 20, 1945. He died in 1998.
Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Watts of Marquand, Marie Green of Greenville, Mo.; three sons, Harold, Jack and Darrell Frymire, all of Marquand; three brothers, Gene, Bob and Billy Robbins, all of Glenallen, Mo.; two stepbrothers, Marshal Chaminess of Oak Ridge, John Chaminess of Perryville, Mo.; 20 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, two sons, two sisters and a brother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, Mo.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Jimmie Fulbright officiating. Burial will be in Grassy Friendship Cemetery.
