SIKESTON -- Opal D. Crawford, 90, of Sikeston, died Friday, April 19, 1996, at Sikeston Health Care.
She was born Oct. 9, 1905, in Thayer, daughter of Joe and Jane Storms Smith. She married Lytle Crawford, who preceded her in death.
Crawford was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Crawford of Jasper, Ark., A.J. Crawford of Schaumburg, Ill.; three daughters, Lucille Hager, Shirley Gliot and Sandra Jugenheimer of Sun City West, Ariz.; a brother, Goldie Smith of Doniphan; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Caston Countz officiating. Burial will be in Hite Cemetery near Biggers, Ark.
