Oma Jean Mitchell, 70, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis County.
She was born June 24, 1932, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Omer Clarence and Dorothy Cross Trickey. She married Glenn Mitchell.
Mrs. Mitchell was a resident of Cape Girardeau until 1945.
She is survived by her husband; mother; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Joan Trickey; a sister, Norma Rose, and sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Gene Morriss.
Friends may call at Hutchens Mortuary in Florissant, Mo., from 4 to 9 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 7 p.m. today at the mortuary.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
