GREENBRIAR -- Oma Boyd, 82, of Oak Forest, Ill., died Monday, April 5, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Blue Island, Ill.
She was born May 7, 1910, at Greenbriar, daughter of Benjamin and Barbara Davis Bennett. She married Joseph Boyd, who died April 24, 1975.
Boyd was a waitress and cashier several years, and attended Church of God at Homewood, Ill.
Survivors include a daughter, Lois Schmidt of Midlothian, and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The Rev. Roy Bennett will officiate, with burial in Brush Creek Cemetery near Arab.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
