OLLIE E. BRYANT

MOREHOUSE -- Ollie E. Bryant, 89, of Morehouse died Friday, Oct. 30, 1998, at the Minor Nursing Center in Sikeston.

She was born July 10, 1909, at Clarksville, Tenn., daughter of Matthew Archie and Artie Mae Welker St. John.

She had been a resident of Morehouse since 1925.

On May 25, 1925, she married Dick Wooton Bryant. He died July 11, 1968.

She is survived by a son, Bill Bryant of Morehouse; a daughter, Jane Hicks of Wappapello; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

One child preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Dolan Rogers and Kendal Hicks officiating.

Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
