Olivia Mary Ostendorf, 100, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born May 17, 1911, in Kelso, Mo., to Solomon and Sophia Blattel Heisserer.
She and Albert John Ostendorf were married Saturday, July 3, 1943, at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her Dec. 22, 1998.
She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth Ostendorf (Mary Ann) of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Marie Ostendorf of Cape Girardeau, Melva Jane Kalkbrenner of Beaumont, Texas; four grandchildren, Ann Ostendorf (Richard Lambert) of Spokane, Wash., Jill Murphree (Joe) of Nashville, Tenn., Mark Ostendorf (Natalie) of Chicago and Nick Ostendorf of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Margaret M. Ostendorf on Jan. 12, 2012; brother, Paul Heisserer; four sisters, Hermina Hoeckle, Sally Hoeckle, Alma Hamm, Corene Morrison; and one grandchild, John Kenneth Ostendorf.
Friends may call 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Tom Kiefer officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
