SCOTT CITY -- Octavia Carmen Fisher, 76, of Scott City, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 1994, at her home.

She was born June 16, 1918, in St. Louis, daughter of Jesse Winfield and Lillie Mae Cox Morgan.

Fisher had been a switchboard operator with New Jersey Police Department.

Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Petrowsky of High Ridge and Jacquelyn Clark of McClure, Ill.; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, brother and sister.

There is no visitation or funeral service.

Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, with Amick-Burnett Funeral Home of Scott City in charge of arrangements.
