Norma Wood

Norma J. Wood, 74, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born May 13, 1931, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Thomas Edwin and Dona Elizabeth Evans Wood.

Miss Wood retired in 1994 from B-Line Manufacturing Co. in Highland, Ill.

Survivors include a brother, the Rev. Paul Wood of Marble Hill, Mo.; three sisters, Reva McClain of Cape Girardeau, Doris Arnzen of Paducah, Ky., and Shirley Emmons of Heath, Ky.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas B. Wood and Louis L. Wood, and two sisters, Betty Masterson and Patsy Dietz.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Fairmount Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark Boettcher officiating.

Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
