WYATT, Mo. -- Graveside service for Norma L. Nelson of St. Louis will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at IOOF Cemetery in Charleston, Mo. The Rev. Sandra Schaller will officiate.

Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.

Nelson, 71, died Monday, June 4, 2001, at Alexian Brothers Lansdowne Village Retirement Home in St. Louis.

She was born July 26, 1929, in Cairo, Ill., daughter of Estel Sidney and Ruth L. Hawkins Nelson.

Nelson was formerly of Wyatt. She was a secretary more than 30 years for 13 special agents with the FBI in the St. Louis office. She was also a volunteer tour guide at the St. Louis Art Museum. She was a member of St. Louis Symphony Society and had served as treasurer.

Survivors include six cousins, James Nelson of Springfield, Ill., Joseph Nelson of Elmhurst, Ill., Mary Sronce of Urbana, Ill., Patricia McGee of Colorado Springs, Colo., Cynthia Farley of St. Louis and Thelma Frazier of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
