ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral for Norma Jean Dawley of Anna will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. Msgr. Tom Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.

Dawley, 70, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 17, 1930, in Anna, daughter of Jacob Warren and Ida Mae Fear Vines. She and Frederick A. Dawley were married Dec. 10, 1949, in Cairo, Ill. He died Nov. 4, 1997.

Survivors include two sons, Frederick Dawley Jr. of Putnam, Conn., David Dawley Sr. of Anna; three daughters, Debra, Diane and Laura Dawley, all of Anna; a brother, Glenn Vines of Waterman, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and two sisters.
