GRASSY, Mo. -- Noal Eldon Cowell, 74, of Grassy passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo.
