Noah and Lily Adams

Noah Jacob Adams, 4, and Lily Noelle Adams, 2, of Springfield, Mo., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, in Springfield.

Noah was born Nov. 11, 2008, in Cape Girardeau, and Lily was born Feb. 24, 2010, in Cape Girardeau, to Shawn Michael Adams and Jassez Biancia Sager.

Survivors include their father of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandfather, Jesse Flack of Charleston, Mo.; maternal grandmother, Billie Jo Sager of Cape Girardeau; paternal grandparents, Randy Adams and Gaila Adams of Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call from noon to time or service Wednesday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Freddie Green officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
