Williams, 7, was found dead Tuesday, June 6, 1995, in rural Cairo, Ill.

He was born Sept. 3, 1987, in Sikeston, son of Elizabeth Williams and Tyler Horrell. He was a student at Hearnes Elementary School.

Survivors include his mother of Charleston; his father; two brothers, Brent and Olajuwuan Williams of Charleston; a half brother, Timthony Graham of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Katrina and Shavonda Williams of Charleston; maternal grandmother, Neley Williams, and paternal great-grandmother, Ethel Currin, both of Charleston.
