Peterson, 53, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 1996, at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in Scottsdale, Ariz.

She was born Dec. 22, 1942, in St. Louis, daughter of Robert Breckenridge and Barbara G. Brooks Holliday.

Peterson moved to Arizona 24 years ago from New York. She was an independent commercial real estate broker in Scottsdale.

Survivors include her mother of Phoenix; a brother, Robert Holliday of Long Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Mindy Holliday of Vancouver, Wash., and Susan Mabry of Albuquerque, N.M.
