Nelson Sebastian, 85, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Tilsit, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2020, at Lutheran Home. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Tilsit. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Mark Boettcher officiating.
