TAMMS, Ill. -- Nellie E. Wilson, 80, of Tamms, died Wednesday, June 12, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
She was born Sept. 13, 1915, in Mound City, daughter of Charles E. and Ida Mertz Wehrenberg. She and Ralph D. Wilson were married March 10, 1935. He died Feb. 11, 1977.
Wilson was a member of First Baptist Church, and had been a Sunday School teacher, member of WMU and the choir.
Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Miller of Tamms; a son, Myron Wilson of Turlock, Calif.; three brothers, Bob Wehrenberg of Hannibal, Paul Wehrenberg of Normal, Ill., Charles Wehrenberg of Jackson, Mo.; a sister, Flora Cloe of Prescott, Ariz., and three grandsons.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms after 5 p.m. today, and until 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds.
