STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Nellie E. Pfeifer, 98, of Ste. Genevieve died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 4, 1902, in Oak Ridge, Mo., daughter of Ben and Mollie Bowers Malone. She and Clell R. Pfeifer were married Sept. 11, 1951. He preceded her in death...

STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Nellie E. Pfeifer, 98, of Ste. Genevieve died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 4, 1902, in Oak Ridge, Mo., daughter of Ben and Mollie Bowers Malone.

She and Clell R. Pfeifer were married Sept. 11, 1951. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis Roth of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.; a niece, Donna Dokins of Jackson, Mo.; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve beginning at 4 p.m. today.

Funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery.
