SIKESTON -- Nellie Elizabeth Dial, 87, Sikeston Route 4, died Sunday, March 13, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born Sept. 12, 1906, in Paragould, Ark., daughter of Ulysses Grant and Georgia Feagan Williams. She and Charlie Vaughn Dial were married Sept. 26, 1925, in Paragould. He died April 3, 1978...
SIKESTON -- Nellie Elizabeth Dial, 87, Sikeston Route 4, died Sunday, March 13, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 12, 1906, in Paragould, Ark., daughter of Ulysses Grant and Georgia Feagan Williams. She and Charlie Vaughn Dial were married Sept. 26, 1925, in Paragould. He died April 3, 1978.
Dial moved to Sikeston in 1957 from Charter Oak.

Survivors include seven sons, Jim Dial of Ellsinore, Walter Dial of Seattle, Wash., Robert Dial of Madera, Calif., John Dial of Mitchell, Ill., Jake and Raymond Dial of Elwood, Ind., Jerry Dial of Mobile, Ala.; 32 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a son.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Stanley Triplett will officiate, with burial in Hagy Cemetery at Dexter.
