Nedra D. Coonts, 81, of Scott City died Sunday, October 22, 2017 at her home. She was born April 6, 1936, to William and Harriet Burson Brant in Campbell, Missouri. She married Dallis Coonts on Dec. 20, 1953. He preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1999...
Nedra D. Coonts, 81, of Scott City died Sunday, October 22, 2017 at her home.
She was born April 6, 1936, to William and Harriet Burson Brant in Campbell, Missouri. She married Dallis Coonts on Dec. 20, 1953. He preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1999.
She is survived by her son, Danny (Mary) Coonts of Scott City; three daughters, Jane Beardslee of Benton, Arkansas; Linda (Stan) Gentry of Scott City and Anna (Todd) Asa of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Carl Brant of Gideon, Missouri; eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today at the chapel with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating.
Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
