Graveside service for Naomi Cook of Cape Girardeau will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park. A memorial service will follow at 11:30 at Southside Baptist Church, with the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 10-11 a.m. Friday.
Cook, 69, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998, at her home.
She was born Aug. 28, 1929, in Ruston, La., daughter of Charlie and Blanche Mitchell Cooper.
Cook attended Southside Church.
Survivors include a son, Alan Cook of Austin, La.; a brother, Stennis Cooper of Minneapolis, Minn.; three sisters, Jo Ann Brown of Los Alamos, N.M., Jimmie Poe of Cape Girardeau, Lera Gladney of Fort Smith, Ark.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and three sisters.
