CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Nancy Jane Webb, 69, of Chaffee, formerly of Scott City, died Monday, July 4, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 19, 1942, in Illmo, to Robert and Mary Sturm Schoen. She and William Webb were married April 15, 1977. He preceded her in death Oct. 12, 1987...

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Nancy Jane Webb, 69, of Chaffee, formerly of Scott City, died Monday, July 4, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 19, 1942, in Illmo, to Robert and Mary Sturm Schoen. She and William Webb were married April 15, 1977. He preceded her in death Oct. 12, 1987.

Survivors include a son, Robert Wayne Foulk of Arkansas; a daughter, Milissa Mary Biggs of Chaffee; two brothers, Jim Schoen of Fruitland, Eugene Schoen of Chaffee; a sister, Carolyn Smith of Scott City; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Richie Foulk; and a grandson, Michael Foulk.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
