Nancy Lindsay, 81, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2001, at Fountainbleau Lodge. She was born Aug. 3, 1920, in Peoria, Ill., daughter of Robert J. and Alice Padden Phalen. She and James E. Lindsay were married in 1950, in Peoria. He died in 1977. Survivors include a brother, Robert Phalen of Cape Girardeau...

Nancy Lindsay, 81, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2001, at Fountainbleau Lodge.

She was born Aug. 3, 1920, in Peoria, Ill., daughter of Robert J. and Alice Padden Phalen. She and James E. Lindsay were married in 1950, in Peoria. He died in 1977.

Survivors include a brother, Robert Phalen of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Graceland Cemetery in Fairbury, Ill. The Rev. Scott Archer will officiate.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
