STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Nancy L. Fluegge, 74, of Ste. Genevieve died Monday, July 23, 2018, at Riverview At The Park in Ste. Genevieve.
She was born Nov. 17, 1943, in St. Louis. She and Glenn W. Fluegge married Aug. 17, 1963, and he survives.
Nancy was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Ste. Genevieve and was involved in many church activities and clubs.
She was a graduate of Affton (Missouri) High School and Southeast Missouri State University.
She was an elementary educator in her early career. Nancy worked as a sales clerk at Odile's Linen and Lace & Grandpa's store, and she loved welcoming visitors to Ste. Genevieve.
Along with her husband, Nancy is survived by a daughter, Julie (Ted) Holland of Sainte Genevieve; two sons, Christopher (Meg) Fluegge of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Steven Fluegge of Ballwin, Missouri; a sister, June Wilson of Springfield, Missouri; a brother, Thomas (Sandy) Wills of Ballwin; and five grandchildren, Stephanie (Fred) Gross, Regan Holland, Ryan Fluegge, Katherine Fluegge and Emma Fluegge.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ervin Wills; her mother, Anna Grace (Evans) Wills; and a brother, Robert Wills.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Craig Reiter officiating.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
