N.A. Douglass Jr., 78, of the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, formerly of Campbell, Mo., died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1993, at the veterans home.
He was born Feb. 27,, 1915, near Clarkton, Mo., son of Norvel A. and Emma Foley Douglass.
Campbell was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, having served 25 years.
He was a member of the Four Mile Masonic Lodge in Campbell and the American Legion.
Survivors include two brothers, Martin A. Douglass of Tampa, Fla., Warner E. Douglass of Kansas City, Kan.; and a sister, Fern Rice of Clarkton.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Graveside funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
Ford and Sons Funeral Homes of Cape Girardeau are in charge of funeral arrangements.
