MYRTLE M. MORICE

DEXTER -- Myrtle M. Morice, 81, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1994, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 5, 1913, in Swinton, daughter of Grover C. and Sophia Knopp Bright. She and August J. Morice were married Jan. 26, 1946, in St. Louis. He died Oct. 3, 1987.

Morice lived in St. Louis many years, moving to Dexter in 1965. She was a member of First General Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Wesley Bright of Jackson; three sisters, Florence Wilson and Fredia Tucker of Dexter, and Bernice Kelly of Ruskin, Fla.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kenneth Biggs officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
