ANNA, Ill. -- Myrtle Dodd, 85, of Anna died Thursday, April 13, 2000, at City Care Center. She was born Oct. 23, 1914, in Vienna, Ill., daughter of William Arthur and Sophia Mae Todd Croft. She and Paul M. "Pete" Dodd were married Dec. 29, 1944. He died April 7, 1995...

ANNA, Ill. -- Myrtle Dodd, 85, of Anna died Thursday, April 13, 2000, at City Care Center.

She was born Oct. 23, 1914, in Vienna, Ill., daughter of William Arthur and Sophia Mae Todd Croft. She and Paul M. "Pete" Dodd were married Dec. 29, 1944. He died April 7, 1995.

Formerly of Dongola, she was a member of First Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Stoltz of Anna; a sister, Helen Cook of Anna; and a granddaughter.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Donald Poole officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
