MYRTLE DAVIS

PERRYVILLE -- Myrtle A. Davis, 86, of Perryville died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1997, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Sept. 7, 1911, in Perry County, daughter of Ira and Anna Brewer Heinbokel. She and Ray M. Davis were married Sept. 25, 1933.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jerry Davis of Perryville, Jimmie Davis of Boca Raton, Fla.; a sister, Irene Duvall of Perryville; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and an infant brother.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-9:30 a.m.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno. The Rev. Francis Agnew will officiate, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at Chester, Ill.
