Myrtle A. Cotner, 101, of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 21, 1894, in Advance, daughter of Frederich and Alvina Wille Goetz.
She marred Alvin Cotner in 1920. He preceded her in death Dec. 4, 1947.
She was a member of St. Mary Cathedral.

She was a homemaker all her life.
Survivors are a son, Robert A. Cotner of Cape Girardeau; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Cotner of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Cathedral, with the Rev. Glen Eftink officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
Friends may call between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
