DONGOLA, Ill. -- Mrs. Lorene (Doad) Hunter of Dongola, Ill. died Friday, Oct. 25, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Hunter, 71, was born July 15, 1921, at Ullin, Ill., daughter of Turner and Lucy George Kesler.
She married Jesse Hunter on Feb. 17, 1940. He survives.
She was a member of the Anna Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Ron Hunter of Ullin; a daughter, Juanita Meadows of Chatham, Ill.; three sisters, Elva Crader of Dongola, Ines Brown of Olmsted and Virgie Miller of East Peoria, Ill.; a brother, Arnie Kesler, Dongola; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola with the Rev. Ralph Lee officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home in Dongola from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
