BLOOMFIELD -- Monroe Peck, 81, of Bloomfield, died Sunday, April 12, 1992, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 19, 1911, at Frisco, son of Hercules and Isabel Cashion Peck. He married Ella Lorene Hughes Oct. 11, 1932.
Peck was a retired assembly line worker with Lincoln Engineering in St. Louis. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church at Dexter.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Doyle Peck of Mexico, Mo., Lonnie Peck of Willard, Dale Peck of Kansas City; a brother, Rev. Woodrow Peck of Fisk; a sister, Ellen Mitchell of Poplar Bluff; 12 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, four brothers and four sisters.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gene Partin will officiate, with burial in Bloomfield Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
