Mollie Louise Garavaglia, 89, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 14, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born April 18, 1910, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Harry A. and Ella A. Schrader Rogers. She and John L. Garavaglia were married March 21, 1932, in Ste. Genevieve. He died Oct. 16, 1982.
Garavaglia attended Southeast Missouri State University. The Garavaglias owned and operated Blue Front Cafe in Herrin, Ill., many years. She lived in Carterville and Herrin until retiring in 1971. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Jo Ellen Montgomery of Creve Coeur, Sondra Bueker of Owensville, Gail Trotter of Mason, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. David Hintz will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the chapel Monday from 11 a.m. until service time.
