PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Milton A. "Milt" Stelling, 62, died Saturday, April 21, 2001, at his home in Uniontown, Mo.
He was born Nov. 3, 1938, at Menfro, Mo., the son of Alonzo Joseph and Lenita Hacker Stelling.
He was first married in 1959; his wife, Rosemarie, preceded him in death. He and Marian Gae Stokan were married June 30, 1979.
Stelling had worked as an electrician with McDonnell Douglas Corp. for 36 years. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. He was a member of the American Legion boosters and the IAM.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Daniel A. Stelling of Gainesville, Ga., and James R. Cope of St. Louis, Mo.; three daughters, Debra Marie Stelling and Cynthia Whitfield, both of St. Louis, and Catherine Cope of Bolivar, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville and again from 6:30 a.m. until service time Tuesday.
Service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church cemetery.
