MILO CARDEN

EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Milo Carden of East Prairie will be held at 4 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Ted Wimberley will officiate, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park.

Carden, 58, died Wednesday, June 24, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

He was born Dec. 18, 1933, in Mississippi County, son of Cage Vivett and Kathryn E. Dick Carden. He and Sylvia Parks were married Dec. 18, 1953.

Carden was a retired engineer with Oil Transportation Co. in New Orleans, La., and attended First Assembly of God Church here.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Dennis Carden of East Prairie; two daughters, Melisa Weaver of Dayton, Ohio, Heather Carden of the home; his mother of East Prairie; a brother, Dickie Carden of Avondale, Ariz., and four grandchildren.
