Mildred A. Watkins, 100, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Jackson, died Sunday, April 7, 2019, at Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Funeral service will be at noon Wednesday at the funeral Home, with the Rev.
