MILDRED LINCOLN

JACKSON -- Mildred Julia Lincoln, 83, of Jackson died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1999, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 5, 1916, at Jackson, daughter of Charles Albert and Lizzie Lee Goza Abernathy. She and Chester O. Lincoln were married Oct. 7, 1933. He died Feb. 8, 1987...

JACKSON -- Mildred Julia Lincoln, 83, of Jackson died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1999, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 5, 1916, at Jackson, daughter of Charles Albert and Lizzie Lee Goza Abernathy. She and Chester O. Lincoln were married Oct. 7, 1933. He died Feb. 8, 1987.

Lincoln was a member of First Baptist Church and its Women's Missionary Union, and had worked in the church nursery.

Survivors include a son, Michael Lincoln of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Carol Riehn of Marietta, Ga., Judy Lukefahr of Daisy; a sister, Hazel McBride of Jackson; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Dr. Brian Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
