SIKESTON -- Milas Howard, 76, of Sikeston died Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born June 25, 1921, in Clarksdale, Miss., son of Will and Luella Smith Howard. He married Mabel Valentine.
Howard was a member of New Morning Star Baptist Church in Haywood City, and had been an associate minister.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Emma Wilson of Chicago; a brother, William Howard of Sikeston; a sister, Luella English of St. Louis; two grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church, with the Rev. Victor Williams officiating. Burial will be in Sunset of Memories Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church after 1 p.m. Saturday.
