MICHAEL STEVENS

MARBLE HILL -- Michael Shawn Stevens, 22, of Marble Hill, died Thursday, Feb. 29, 1996, in an automobile accident near Scopus.

He was born Jan. 7, 1974, at Chaffee, son of Shirley Stevens. He and Tamara Jones were married March 18, 1994, at Marble Hill.

Stevens was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of National Rifle Association.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Codey; his mother and stepfather, Shirley and John Thele of Marble Hill; a brother, Randy Ratcliff of Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters, Tracy and Ashley Thele of Marble Hill.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
