Michael Ellis Reynolds, 66, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017. He was born Nov. 15, 1950, in Cape Girardeau to the late Ellis and Philo Ludwig Reynolds. Michael proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an active member of the Elks Lodge No. 639, VFW Post No. 3838 and the Eagles Aerie No. 3775. He worked for the General Sign Co. and enjoyed hunting and fishing...

Michael Ellis Reynolds, 66, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017.

He was born Nov. 15, 1950, in Cape Girardeau to the late Ellis and Philo Ludwig Reynolds.

Michael proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an active member of the Elks Lodge No. 639, VFW Post No. 3838 and the Eagles Aerie No. 3775. He worked for the General Sign Co. and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include two brothers, David (Patricia) Moore of Fruitland and Scott (Donna) Reynolds of Cape Girardeau; sister, Karen (Ken) Kiefer of Jackson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Steven Moore.

A celebration of life service and military tribute will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with Father Bobby Manso officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
