Michael E. Loyd, 44, of St. Louis died Saturday, July 31, 1999.
Dearest son of Ann Loyd (nee Abbott) and the late William Loyd, he was born in Cape Girardeau.
He was the dear brother of Mark "Bo" Loyd and wife, Gail; Marsha Sue Wilkin and husband, Charles; and the late Mariam Loyd.
He was the dear uncle of Travis and Katie Loyd, Jean Ann Winkler and Katrece and Chelsea Winkler. He was best friend to David Hart.

Mr. Loyd will lie in state in the Great Hall of the Ambruster-Donnelly Funeral Home at 6633 Clayton Road in Clayton, where friends may call from 5 until 9 p.m. today.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Funeral will be held at noon Thursday in the Great Hall of Ambruster-Donnelly Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Because of Michael's love for animals, contributions to the local Humane Society are appreciated.
