MICHAEL L. WARD

NEW HAMBURG -- Funeral service for Michael Leon Ward of New Hamburg will be held at 2 p.m. today at St. Lawrence Parish Hall. The Rev. Amil Shibley will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Benton is in charge of arrangements.

Ward, 40, died Tuesday, June 14, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

He was born Feb. 9, 1954, at Dexter, son of Leon and June Link Ward. He and Carolyn Dirnberger were married Sept. 7, 1974, at New Hamburg.

Ward was a land appraiser with Federal Land Bank in Sikeston.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Becky and Jaime Ward of the home; his parents of Dexter; a brother, David Ward of Dexter, and a sister, Terri Hall of Hayti.
