BLOOMFIELD - Funeral services for Michael H. Evans, 24, of Bloomfield were held Saturday, March 30, 1991, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Evans died Thursday, March 28, 1991 at the Doctors Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Evans was born Nov. 11, 1966 in Gary, Ind. to the late Hallison Dean and Dolores Evans.

Survivors include his grandmother, Wilma Evans of Bloomfield.
