MOUNDS, Ill. -- Melissa D. Wood Patrick, 38, of Carbondale, Illinois, formerly of Mounds, died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Illinois.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tom Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, Illinois.
