DONGOLA, Ill. -- Melba Foster Webb, 95, of Mountain Home, Ark., formerly of Dongola, Ill., died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2002, at Baxter Memorial Hospital in Mountain Home. Visitation will be after 12 p.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Paul Sadler officiating.
