Melanie Elizabeth Jordan, 47, of Jackson died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018. She was born Jan. 3, 1971, in Cape Girardeau to Beverly Austin. She and Vincent Jordan were married Sept. 15, 2001, at Cape Girardeau. Survivors include her husband, Vincent Jordan of Jackson; mother, Beverly Austin of Jackson; two daughters, Morgan Petzoldt of Mountain View, Arkansas, and Kelsey Payne of Seattle; and two brothers, Mark Payne of Jackson and Michael Payne of Orange, Massachusetts...

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral will follow at noon Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
