CHARLESTON -- Maude L. Lomax, 76, of Merrillville, Ind., died Tuesday, July 16, 1991, in Merrillville. She was formerly of Charleston.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters Laura Bird of Merrillville, Lelah Wade of Virginia Beach, Va.; three sons, Joe Bankhead of Wyatt, Shellie and Herbert Bankhead of Detroit, Mich.; a son-in-law, Earl McCleary of Charleston; a brother, Lloyd Green of Detroit; four sisters, Beatrice Morris, Lelah Johnson, Melinda McGill and Emma McKinney of Detroit; 26 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Holly Grove Baptist Church in Wyatt. The Rev. T.R. Tyus will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at Sparks Funeral Home from 6-7 p.m. today.
