Mattie L. Walker, 45, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Aug. 12, 1954, in Caruthersville, daughter of J.B. and Rosie Lee Frazier Smith.
She married Johnnie Walker Nov. 6, 1975, in Cape Girardeau.
She was a med-tech at Ratliff Nursing Home for 25 years. She was a member of House of Prayer where she was active in church activities and served as an usher.
Survivors include her husband; five brothers, Arthur Frazier of Michigan, J.L. Smith and J.D. Smith, both of Kansas City, Thomas Smith of Sikeston, J.A. Smith Camdenton; and two sisters, Pearlie Smith of Camdenton and Mary Smith of Kansas City.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Dimension Church in Cape Girardeau with the pastor, JoAnn McCauley, officiating.
Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. until time of funeral on Saturday.
Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau .
